I took my car to the Alexandria Service Centre because all of a sudden, the car was running badly (when I pressed the accelerator there was very little power). I asked them to FIRSTLY establish what the problem was and THEN, to service the car. Later that day they gave me back the car without ANY improvement whatsoever, NO explanation as to what the problem was, AND then they charged me $720 for the Service!!!
Same thing happened to me, car was playing up and i lived nearby so I took it in. Ended up getting it serviced too and paying $800 for what was just a small problem that should have cost less than half that. Will never go there again and encourage others to be aware, there are plenty of other places nearby.
