**Mobile PT is available to Gatton, Laidley, Glenore Grove, Forest Hill, Hatton Vale, Prenzlau and Plainland clients and anywhere in between! A small travel fee applies.

My group sessions at Kensington Grove are effective, fun and uniquely designed incorporating cardio, strength conditioning, boxing, speed and agility in circuit styles to cater for all fitness levels, so exercise will always be fresh, keeping your body guessing and your results coming.

With outdoor group fitness sessions or the option of exclusive 1 on 1 training in a quality private home studio gym, I can cater for everyone.
