Have to say I have had nothing but great care from the majority of doctors. Perhaps one not so good but he is no longer there. For those there now I found them all amazing and compassionate doctors. On one occasion I was was sent immediately to QE2, where they confirmed the doctors diagnosis - speaks volumms for that doctor.
I have always found reception polite and helpful so Keep up the great work. You have 5 stars from me.
Too hit and miss. Doctors are generally helpful but a few have been too abrupt/dismissing of the issue. You will get an entirely different experience depending on the doctor and some of them are amazing (bit sad 2 of my favourites have left the practice though). Reception staff are also generally fine but one of them in particular is very rude and impatient and needs to remember why people are going there- for medical attention, not to be spoken down to after asking a simple question. She even booked me in to see the wrong doctor. The hours are convenient as they open late. For minor issues this place is ok. You get what you pay for. This place is bulk billing. For more thorough ongoing care I choose to go elsewhere.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!! Let' s have Dr Maria back at Algester Medical Centre!!!! She is sorely missed by many of her "old" faithful patients in Algester. Why drive to Acacia Ridge when Dr Maria was always in Algester?I urge you to please consider this request p. I await your reply. With thanks Carole Biot

I'm not sure if you are aware, Dr Maria still works two days a week at our Algester clinic. Dr Maria is committed to her patients and our additional site at Acacia Ridge allows Dr Maria to extend her services and skills to her vauled patients long term, she appreciates your understanding and support.
I have been a patient at this medical centre for many years and do not normally provide reviews but I have always found the doctors pleasant and helpful, they never make you feel rushed. It's the doctors quality of care that matters most and they have always delivered for me. Having said that there is one doctor I will never see due to his abrupt manner but the rest are fantastic and I would not get better treatment anywhere else.
