Takeaways
Ali Baba
Have to say god court kebabs just doesn't do it for me. The flavours and the quantity of the salads and sauces was just not enough at Ali Baba. I ordered a lamb kebab, added chilli sauce and cheese and i couldnt even taste it. The tzatziki sauce was not enough either. The chips on the other hand tasted better. It was seasons right. A bit disappointing. I think its better to stick to caravan kebabs along the road.
I recently was here not long ago, not a big fan of food court but we were hungry and needed something quick and filling. Thought why not try Ali Baba, as it looked the most appealing compared to the other options. Had the classic kebab which had lettuce, tomato, onion with a choice of one of the many sauce all in a Lebanese bread, My other half opted for the chicken kebab, same but just with chicken rather than beef. Overall it was ok, not the best. These guys are growing and starting to see them in most major shopping centre across Melbourne. Their menu options are ok, offering a variety of different wraps, another appealing choice on their menu is the kids options great for any parents looking for a smaller size for their children. Service was great; the girl serving was friendly and cheerful. Not sure if I would come back again, but in saying that those who enjoy a kebab, not a bad place to start!
