Absolutely Amazing.
Alice is truly a genius and has time-and-time again, done all my alterations perfectly. She has hemmed and altered lace and evening gowns - flawless perfection.
She came highly recommended and has never disappointed.
She has done very tricky alterations, not just straight hemming. Even for hemming, she doesn't just pin at one spot as I have had other tailors do (for the same amount to take up all around the gown), but makes sure that she follows the flow of the gown and pins all the way around the gown.
Once, when I was unexpectedly upset about a personal matter, Alice surprised me by calling me a few days later to check on me. That was a personal touch, reflecting the wonderfully warm person that she is.

Alice is a genius. She altered my wedding dress which was originally 3 sizes too big and it turned out perfectly. She is very clever with styling and when we asked her, she gave great advice on flowers, jewelry, underwear, shoes, whether or not to have a veil etc. She is very generous with the amount of time she spends with you making sure that everything is exactly how you want it. I thought she was very reasonably priced for the exceptional quality work she does. I would go back to her any time. It was one of my favourite wedding planning experiences!

Terrible experience.. Change room is tiny and a mess,if you have a full dress with train dont expect to be able to see it properly as change room its no bigger than a toilet. Was charged $500 for a hem, a little bit taken in on the sides and to have some pleats fixed.

1. Pleats were not touched, 2. hem was taken up uneven and had to be redone by a professional wedding designer,3. pins were left in the bodice and hem and were found by the dry cleaners, don't waste your time or money..very upsetting when your wedding was only a few weeks away and dress was still not ready.

Superb alterations results and service! Warm, welcoming, none of the poshness which could cause awkwardness. Absolutely perfect every single time.
