I see people for a range of concerns including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Self-esteem, Sleep, Stress, Parenting and Child Behaviour problems, Trauma and MVA clients.

Therapy services are tailored to individual needs and preferences and include the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness and Play Therapy for children.

Medicare rebates are available for Clients who obtain a GP mental health care plan. Ancillary Heath Care rebates are also available.
