Opened in June 2012, this facility offers the latest fitness equipment from life fitness, equipped with iPod connectivity to allow you to listen to your own music through the machines and transfer data from your workout straight to your phone. The gym is fully air conditioned and staffed at all times, so someone is always available to take you through the safe and effective use of the equipment and can even devise a programme to allow you to work specifically on your own individual needs.
Our Group Fitness programme offers the world famous Les Mills programmes, Bodypump and Bodycombat. Guaranteed to give you results, these programmes are delivered by advanced instructors who deliver exceptional classes, giving you the ultimate group fitness experience. We also offer Boxing training, core classes, kettlebell conditioning and running groups.
