I would not recommend this company. I specifically asked for a skip bin to be delivered at a certain time in the morning as i had other committments during the day. This company expects payment on delievery which is not an issue if they actually turn up. I had called them to follow up and had finally had a call back after 20 mins to say they wont be there for another 45 mins as they need to tip the bin they were going to deliever to me. So i have been standing here waiting for nearly an hour (as i dont live at this address it is an investment) and am told it will be another 45 mins! As i noted above i specifically asked for a particular time which they agreed to deliever and they failed. Then they said just leave the money for them in the letter box. So someone can steal it? Or they take the money and not deliever? I asked can they deliever and i pay on pick up since they have been keeping me waiting for all this time. Hi, We have noted down for your bin to be delivered at the time as requested. However, at the tip, we experienced some an expected delay which was out of our control. We apologize for the delay, sometimes things are out of our control and did not go as planned. We tried to negotiate with you but there was no flexibility on your side! Once again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
It was not me who was not flexible. Other companies will do cash on pick up though the area was too far for them so that is why i didnt use the previous companies. When you commit to a time to deliver your bin should be empty and ready to go. I specified the time period for delievery as i had to be there to pay due to your policy of cash on delievery. Your bin was not empty / not even tipped! Then i was hung up on saying that your company will just cancel the bin. It wasted hours of my time driving there, waiting and driving back to where i had to go. Then i had to find someone else to remove the rubbish as i had gardener doing a massive clean up. The service recieved is just unprofessional and unacceptable letting someone down.
If you are going to stuff someone around atleast you can be flexible.Im not going to leave $460.00 out on the street for someone to take due to your lateness.
