If you want to deal with this company, some words of advice. 1.ONLY do so if you have comparative quotes from other companies so you know the quote amount is reasonable. 2.Be well researched on the furniture piece that you own & know it's value before restoration & estimated value after restoration. 3.Ask the process used to restore the item as you won't be offered that information & there are different methods used in different companies, with different levels of costs & quality. 4. Know if a deposit is necessary & you set the minimum amount.
