Just placed a call over the phone and the lady was so lovely, she even translated my words into Italian for our family. Nothing seemed too much trouble and was sincere and understanding I was happy to have such good service I am going to use them time and time again as I came from Fawkner originally.
I organised flowers from Alitalia Florist last Thursday 9th November after reviewing many of the on-line options and am so glad I placed my order via telephone with Alitalia direct. They arranged a Sheaf on our behalf for a funeral and I felt compelled to write this comment to personally thank them for a beautiful arrangement. They used a number of flowers that also included roses which was stunningly arranged, and great value for the flowers used. Delivery was also included in the price which was a bonus.

Teresa provide the most exceptional customer service! Twenty years ago Teresa made the flowers for my wedding and they were beautiful. Since that time Teresa has saved my bacon on every birthday, anniversary and special event that I remember on the day only.... Thank you. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Wonderful florist to be purchasing from, went there last week to organise flowers to be delivered and Teresa had put together the most fantastic bunch together. Have always been a satisfied customer as I've trusted Teresa with her love and passion being a florist for so many years! Excellent florist!!!

I have in the past purchased and recieved flowers from Alitalia Florist. I recieved flowers for my 40th birthday a couple of years ago and they were just beautiful. They lasted for ever and the vase and box they came are in my home still being used today. I have also purchased flowers myself from there 2 years later and the style, elegance and perfection has not changed at all. I had the pleasure in meeting Therese (owner) and its nice to see someone who actually loves what they do. (it was obvious) she is very helpfull and gives you suggestions and opinions, and she also made comment that even if she is in the car and the shop is closed up she is more than happy to open up shop again and give her customer 100%. The flowers are also made on the spot as she did for me on a particular day and found that it was not a task but a pleasure for Therse to make me a fresh arrangement, considering it was the end of the day and my last minute shopping.
