Poor service, very unprofessional. Gaps not filled, floorboards not evenly sanded, he filled my green waste bin with un-bagged saw dust and my rubbish bin also, he put sanding belts in my recycling bin and threw all the other waste straight out the back door into the yard.
We do NOT recommend that you use this company.
Matt visited & quoted to re-sand the cork tiles in our kitchen. We accepted the quote verbally and arranged for the work to be performed on 12-13 November 2015, commencing at 8am. Nobody arrived at 8am. From 9am, I called every hour until 4pm, but always had to leave a message on the answering service. On Friday, nobody turned up and phone calls again we not answered. By Saturday 14th, we thought that something must have happened to Matt to not have called back, as he seemed to be a professional when he came to give the quote, so we drove to Healesville to his address.
