Brought watch in early March, promise date early May. No contact whatsoever, called early May to ask what was happening, was told that they ordered a part that day because they realised it was missing and they would let me know at the end of the week, 2 weeks later no call. I called again get told exactly the same thing as the first call, word for word. Express my disappointment, told it should be ready by the end of The week. Next week comes around I call they say they sent a message to say it was ready, never received the message, and checking the docket they have my number right.

A watch that I purchased overseas (international warranty) had an issue keeping the time from the moment I purchased it. Unfortunately, I'd bought it on my way out of the country (from one of their flagship stores). I took it to an authorised repairer in Melbourne who returned it to me, marked as "repaired", which is was not. I then took it to All About Time, who sought to fix it, but after I found it was still not keeping time, they took another look at it. It's clear that they are very knowledgeable and exhaustive in rectifying issues, because it is now working properly. Furthermore, their customer service has been incredible. It has been a pleasure to seek their assistance with a warranty issue, and I would not hesitate to use them for out-of-warranty assistance, too.
