We needed someone to take out stumps and trees from my mother's property. The main purpose of removing the stump was because it was imposing on the fence and needed to remove it to change the fence. George removed the trees and left the tree stumps. We called him and he said we had to pay him for the trees and then he would go and remove the stump. We told him the primary purpose of calling him was to remove the stump which he agreed to and did not do. We told him we'd pay him once the stump had been removed and he rang us and lied to us that they were. We were advised today by the neighbours that the stump has not been removed. we have now paid him in full for an incomplete job. Unfortunately it is my elderly mother who has paid and now we have organise for someone else to take the stumps out. Very disappointing that we trusted George to do the right thing.
