All Carpets: absolutely horrendous sofa cleaning service they flooded my house and stained my sofa through over-wetting.

I wish I had read all the online reviews of this company before I engaged them to clean my sofa because the reviews paint an honest picture about the dodgy practices of this company. From my initial enquiry phone call, I was led to believe that their steam cleaning service can effectively remove light surface stains on sofas. I was offered a next-day booking. Really, I should have known that reputable companies often have fair wait-times for services because they are so busy completing work resulting from good reputation. Office staff promptly replied to my enquiry and were well spoken and friendly, job was quoted based on photos I emailed through. Eric was fantastic to deal with, turned up on time and delivered a quality service. Was 100% transparent and professional the whole way through. Couldnt reccomend these guys enough!

Called up the office late Friday afternoon with an urgent clean due to end of lease, they managed to have me booked in for the following week,

The technician was great and cleaned our carpets back to brand new which was a relief as there was some tough stains, now have my bond back and will definitly be using again in the future.

Bedroom carpet was spot cleaned the technician caused further staining and damaged carpet fibers. Insurance company confirmed carpet was damaged beyond repair due to the process allcarpets used. Today I spoke with allcarpets who told me I went against company policy by getting insurance involved thus makes my contract with them null and void! they hung up on me!
Allcarpets will damage your carpets and offer no customer service. My carpet needs to be replaced from wall to wall. Having paid $120 to get it cleaned!
