I engaged Allchromebits to chrominim-plate and engrave a piece of metal (with some other bits as well) we needed for a trophy. The celebration was two weeks ahead and we just made the deadline. He offered pick-up outside business hours but luckily this wasn't needed.
Summary is that Sam, the director, was very communicative and helpful and did a very great job. Everyone was very happy!
Please avoid like the plague. This guy lost parts from my project. It took 4 months to get them back with daily unanswered phone calls.
Website looks professional and flashy but he outsources the work. I took my project to his address and it looked like a bomb had hit it.
Got so many more complaints. My advice - keep looking around. There are other guys out there. Not much. But anyone is better than this guy.
Absolutely amazing!! Extremely happy with the work. Come up like brand new. Sam couldn't be more helpful. Gave him next to no time to get something done for a 21st & he assured me it would be ready, that it was. Great communicator & actually took a genuine interest in my sentimental family piece. Beware!!! All Chrome Bits were meant to restore a piece for my Kombi which I gave to them in February 2015. I have still not received the piece back from them and All Chrome Bits are now avoiding me like the plague.
I would recommend that you avoid using this company at all costs!!!!!!!!
