The principal of this company has no regard for his clients!
I have, over the past month waited for the return of one awning which was removed for cleaning.
In the time it took this company to clean and reinstall this one awning I could have ordered and had a new one installed!!
The workers were obviously under the shonky instruction of the principal, Paul who to this day, after requesting that he contact me, has seemingly hidden behind his staff!
The two workers did their best trying to make the electronics work- obviously outside their expertise- obviously due to their boss!
I would not recommend this company to anyone except for the most simple of tasks!!
Great service from office booking to George who was prompt pick up honest careful. Repairs done returned same day clean Like new highly recommended. Some hasn't been cleaned for 15 years as I was scared but all clean were great wish I had done it sooner. Kitchen blind as no new no sticky dusty grease. Also found best price around
Poor communication between the staffs in the office and the contractor, and stuffed me around with my booking. Very unsatisfied as took day off work and then they couldn't do job as planned because they didn't have the parts (despite the info being given on the phone). Was a total stuff up and wouldn't use them again or recommend them.
