WARNING BEWARE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, Charged $145 for 30 mins work $99 callout + $25 every 15mins and then said nothing wrong, My wife explained when he was looking at fridge that lower part of fridge was warm. He never looked at the lower part when he was there. It was still not cooling at the bottom when I looked at the fridge later that day so I did some investigation with a temp gauge and discovered that the vent down middle that cools bottom part of fridge is not blowing out any air at all. We called up the office and advised and then the tech called me back.
