I didn't directly use this business, they were used as part of a property purchase through an agency. 10 months after settlement I received an invoice demanding payment within 48 hours and a letter threatening to sue. This is the first contact from the business and the first I knew about any money being owed. I am now going to have to spend valuable time digging through old paperwork to verify if this is even correct. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
