All Day Car Rentals

The worst experience ever for car hire. I'd booked online, but as I had not received confirmation I phoned just before I went to collect the vehicle and was told car was waiting. Person in office had no booking, nor a car for me and blamed their coworker and management and refused to listen to what I was saying. Such a rude, unhelpful person who clearly needs to improve their customer service and the company needs to improve its online booking system. The web page gave the option to ENQUIRE or BOOK. I chose book and reasonably understood all was OK.



This company should not be in business.
