Requested a quote to remove a small blockage in a drain - not urgent as it was still passing water so wouldn't need anything but an eel to unblock it. Was told i'd get the quote on site after it had been assessed.
10 mins with a plunger and all done at which point i was then informed that the call out fee was $260 for a mid-week, non urgent request!!
Don't bother using if you know it's a simple job, and if you ask for a quote make sure you ask what the call out fee is. Very dissapointed Jimmy wasn't up front about this

I was in urgent need of a plumber and couldnt get ahold of anybody! Thankfully James from All fix plumbing came to the rescue. He went above and beyond to help me and did so at a reasonable price. I will be referring james to all my friends and family for all their plumbing needs. Very genuine and down to earth bloke who is very willing to help with any plumbing needs.

$400 to tighten a leaking connection!!!!!!!!! Are ALL plumbers like this? Seems there is no room for empathy in the plumbing business.

Had a leak in mains. Called jimmy. He doesn't have leak detection equipment(could have told me that before he came) so he called someone who did. Found the leak. I spent all day digging to uncover the pipe. Called jimmy back to fix it. He was too busy. So I bought the connections and fixed it myself. Invoice comes my jaw hits the floor. What a rip off! And I was the one that did all the work! Then jimmy has the nerve to try and intimidate me at my front door demanding payment. Thanks but no thanks All fix Plumbing.
