I would never go near this place ever again. Their service is deplorable as is their attitude. We had our van in for 3 repairs to be done. They completed two of them satisfactorily, I hope. The third they said was not worth trying to repair, just replace it. No one contacted me to ask what I wanted. Then to top things off, they opened three of the louvres in the 4 seasons hatch over the bed & left them open. With all the rain we have just had, of course it leaked and has ruined the mattress. They say it is my fault. They don't open hatches. Rubbish. The manager & owner were extremely rude, they would not converse in a civil manner and blamed me even to the point of suggesting I opened them myself & I am now trying to blame them. I returned the van to its parking spot without going back inside. It had been parked for at least 5 months prior to the repairs and magically no water had come in even with all the rain we had in January. Don't trust these people with anything.
Van was damaged 3 times and still leaks. Have taken it elsewhere.

It was over 12 months agothe kids just got me onto the true local site. But thank you for replying. I'm sure hopefully your service has improved with time cheers.
We appreciate your feedback, A lot has changed since the move to Caboolture in November last year. New staff and a better streamlined booking system. Our company can only grow and get better with improvements from negative comments. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience we may have caused you and if given the chance we will endeavour to help you in the future in any way we can.
