I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I had an issue with my boat and needed some service. I was told that I had to take the boat back to the workshop. When I explained that I had no means to do that and reminded him that he had actually agreed to get someone to go to the marina the week before he abused me over the phone and hung up in my ear. This guy is the most rude and arrogant person that I have ever met in all my years. I would never recommend this organisation to anyone looking for an inflatable boat.
Had an encounter with an individual at AA and I would recommend it so that you have an experience that would redefine the boundaries of your retail service continuum. Makes no effort to hide their unpleasant nature. The important question is how good they are with boats.
OMG!!!! Very rude, you obviously have too much work on your hands to speak to customers like you do... my boat is going elsewhere. If you work on boats like you speak to customers than I wouldn't expect much in way of your servicing skills.
I found the same. The management staff is very rude I dont know why anyone would purchase a boat from them.
Save your time and money go elsewhere
