AKT does the complete kitchen transformation: measure and quote, kitchen design, manufacture (in its own factory) and installation with high quality experienced tradesmen. AKT also organises all tradesmen such as electricians, plumbers, ceiling fixers, and demolition experts.
AKT uses state of the art 3D software to design the kitchen which, when approved by the customer, is then sent to the factory machinery to produce the kitchen components exactly to the customer's specification. This ensures the customer's vision is realised to the millimeter.

Well my advice to all would be definitely don't use AKT for your kitchen. We had our kitchen installed in 2013. Yes project management and communication through our kitchen install was not great however our major problems with AKT started 6 months after the install. The granite benches showed major cracks and the joins started to come apart. AKT admitted that there was a faulty batch of engineered granite supplied by the manufacturer and installed at that time and they would be replacing the benchtops over the coming months and had quite a few in the same boat - well months turned into years and after constant calls and emails by us to AKT we have now last month been told that they don't have the money to replace them and will probably be closing down. So we are left with cracked benches and up for thousands of $ to replace them ourselves.
Sue, funny you should mention the joins coming apart. Our installation is 9 months down the track and the joins to the splashback and against one fridge panel is ALSO starting to come apart. I just NEVER wish to deal with these con artists again!!

At first, customer service with salesman seemed to go well. We were happy with the products we saw in the show room. Then the project began & Oh my goodness, did it go downhill from there. I have too much to list here, but in a nutshell, the issues started with the wrong colour cabinets turning up on installation day! These cabinets had to be redone and resprayed up to 3 times and they are still 'amateur' looking with bad sanding finish, chips and pin bubbles. In summary, we did NOT receive the same quality of cabinets as displayed in their show room. Trades were abissmall and incompetent. Project management was shocking.
