This office is the worst in ipswich if not qld!! The building is run down and they smoke in there according to a former handy man and the employees attitude are just the same.They are rude and take a lifetime to rectify any issues from urgent maintenance/general to requesting for a pet! Any owner should remove there investment property from here and allow anyother real estate to run it you will have more luck . I write this review to warn others but looks like few people beat me to it!

This is a terrible real estate, and i'll be damned if i ever go through them. They make accusations of tenants living in houses that were already running into the ground before they even moved in, then refuse to give good references when the tenants try and move out of the horrible houses. They also refuse to do repairs, and blame the house already falling apart on other people. They don't do anything they should be doing as a real estate, and don't even give proper lettering when it comes to house inspections.

This real estate needs to be shut down asap!!! Because obviously they don't know what they're doing, and they are doing a horrible job. It is getting beyond a joke, seriously. They also need to get off their high horses. I hope that karma bites them and that they get sued for what they are doing to the poor tenants in these houses.

DO NOT do business with All Local Real Estate. They've been unhelpful and rude when we requested an emergency repair to be made to the property, and have failed to do it in a timely manner. When contacted, they refused to communicate and threatened us.

where do you start with this company- or lack of one!... Land Lords do not even bother putting your property through this them, they cant even get anyone through it for viewings, waste of time go else where!!
