I am very disappointed with their boarding kennel. I booked my dogs into this place as they had previously looked after my dogs in the past and I was very happy with the service and care of my animals. When I dropped off the dogs I noticed a pungent smell thinking this was due to the kennel area only recently being hosed as the floor was still wet. However 10 days later and on the day of collecting my dogs the smell was still there which was not there from past experience.
Given the strong odour of the dogs I bathed the dogs twice when I got them home as well threw out the bedding as it was ewhhh. One of my dogs was not his normal happy self so the following day when i got out of bed I found out why he had bad diahorea.
