All Season Bin Hire

By far the worst expereince I've had! The bin was dropped off 3 hours early but I didn't complain. I called the owner to tell him it was ready for collection as it was organised to be picked up on the same day as delivery. He started yelling at me, swearing and abusing me over the phone saying it was organised to be picked up the next day. He kept on saying he will pick it up wenever he wants, that he doesn't care about what was said on the messages and that if I want it picked up today it was an extra $50. I even told him to stop using that language with me! Im not sure how he is in business when he talks to customers wit such rudness, arrogance and profanity!

They are late in dropping off - when you call to confirm they are still coming they are rude and use profanities then deny brining the bin...The guys is nothing short of a Pig and i would not recommend him to my worst enemy he does not deserve to have a business

Would never recommend. When bin didnt turn up at agreed time and a phone call was made, the reaction from the delivery driver was rude, arrogant and care factor zero.. Hung up the phone and couldnt care less. What type of business are you running?
