I would NOT recommend this accommodation AT ALL. When I called to make the booking I explained that it was a tentative booking and that I would call to confirm or decline on the day of the booking. When I called back to say that we would have to cancel the staff refused to believe that they had taken a tentative booking and said they were going to charge us anyway. We asked to speak to the management, and they also said they were going to charge us. We tried to negotiate a cancellation fee - which they would not accept. The whole experience ended with the management hanging up on me and my card being debited without my authorisation 2 minutes after the conversation (according to my bank). You would want to hope you don't have any complaints with this place!!
