We had a problem with our tenants spa bath in February. All spa repairs were contacted in February explaining the issue and a rough estimate was given, we then and asked when they could attend. We received a response saying next week. Next week came and went. I then txt messaged again asking when they could come and fix it. This request was ignored. I asked again, no response. I explained this to the tenant and I passed the details on to the tenant so they could arrange at there convenience. All spa repairs finally came out at the end of May!! We paid the bill which was much more than estimated but yet it only needed what they said it would need. How ever, we paid the invoice on the 10th June.
