I got SNS nails set done a few weeks earlier by a decent salon on Malvern Road were going to change me $55 for refill ??
I came to mellenniem nails for refill 3 weeks later for cheaper, they charged me $30
Let me tell you Absolutely not worth the money, nails started to fall of a few days later.
Dodgy work!
Do not buy a groupon for this salon unless you're comfortable feeling like a pariah.
Absolutely below average service at premium prices!
The 'spa' pedicure was a basic pedicure. I think 'spa' means you're feet get wet. 5 second pumice scrub on each foot, toes painted, and that's it....
Basic manicure is dry. Nail file dust was left over half of my skirt. Only had my fingernail cuticles pushed back after an arguement and pointing to the fine print on the groupon.

I have been going here for years and always have found the staff friendly and helpful. The only time I had a problem with a shellac that chipped a lot, they fixed it free of charge.
I was there on the same day as the lady who complained below. I remember it as she just never seemed happy, even when they tried to fix it. The salon does have different rates for various services and I am always clear on what I am paying for. Maybe the voucher didn't cover everything the lady wanted, but the girls were doing the best they could to make her happy.
It's a great, clean salon and I would recommend it.
I had Groupon voucher for a mani & pedi & am disappointed with the outcome of my manicure & the overall technical ability and service given to me.
1) The manicurist did not soak my hands in any water & simply pushed the cuticles back whilst dry. Any fool knows this is not best practice & can even damage the nail. I asked politely for her to fix the dry skin that had understandably gathered around the nail bed but she was reluctant, citing that it was not part of the deal so I took the cuticle stick to do it myself. ...read more
