I was provided with a quote based off photographs and floor plans. The quote was exceeded on the day and this was not consulted. I was charged for skip bin which was not provided. I was charged for works that had not been undertaken (eg removal of the toilet, when the plumber had already done this). The job was not completed to satisfaction, with tiling remaining in the laundry that I require to pay the tiler to remove, with tile glue left on the floor I spent an hour scraping up myself. After complaint, the manager removed skip bin charge from the invoice, but that was it. I paid the reissued invoice as I do not leave others out of pocket, but I have cancelled this company for the pre-booked removal of my ensuite bathroom. I am very disappointed.
Used this company to level my floor after tiles had been ripped up. After the vinyl floor was laid it was clear the levelling job was unsatisfactory. Flooring place suggested I call All Stripped to fix the job as the vinyl can be pulled up, and was told by the All Stripped employee they would come out to have a look. They didn't arrive on the agreed date and never answered any more phone calls or returned voice messages. Very poor!
Job was completely unsatisfactory, took their time coming back to complete it and I still get comments about the condition of the floor
