Stay away from this company. 90% of my kitchen cabinet doors were defect, yet NOT detected/reported in their inspection report.
It was only after I inspected the unit myself, the problem was detected, reported and fixed.
Upon my complaint to ASBIR this is the answer I got "The small indentations to kitchen cupboard doors are considered a cosmetic defect and appear to be a manufacturing issue. Repair or replacement would be the responsibility of the builder".
Yes that is true but the builder can only replace them if someone notifies them of the defect.
Is that not exactly what I paid them for ???
Another warning: they do not report the missing backplate of a lock (WHY NOT?) and missing Remote Controls.
$350,-- WASTED.
