In this day and age can I strongly urge this company to provide proof of weights. A photo of the load and weight on premises would go a long way. Instead they send you an email that tells you the weight without any verification. We apparently just need to trust them. And before you know it they have scooped the amount they say is owed, directly from your account. In my case they took $150 from my account only hours after sending me the invoice. Its not my idea of a transparent transaction at all
