We feel the "lucky people", to have found, Andy and Tran,we have never had two people, who work,so hard,efficient,and honest.I recommend them to anyone,who needs a job well done,they are always willing too pick up gardening,essentials, when we need them.There never seems too be anything that is too much trouble,We are able too leave a key for the house out for them.They are just two people who,when given a key too do a job, when we come home,we stand back,and smile,another job well done.Andy and Tran You Are The Best

Wow, All Trandys Handy Work team are professional, reliable, honest and straight up front with my requirements. Not only trades experienced and knowledgeable, also the skills to match the various jobs they have done for me. It's so easy to deal with Andy and Tran, they told me from our first ever conversation that materials will be an extra cost. Andy always goes through any new jobs with me before we start as my descriptions on the phone may not be so clear. I have no problems giving them access to my home if I can't be there on the same day and when I come home the job is all done. All Trandys will also source out and purchase any materials needed and I fix them up with their labour at the end or I pay over the phone to the hardware store. Either way it's a breeze. I highly recommend theses guys to anyone.

Unfortunately, I accepted a verbal quote and only half the job was done. If I wanted the remaining jobs completed it would cost me almost double of what was quoted. Ended up getting someone else to complete the job for me
Thanks for the feedback.This client was not given a quote by me.There was a list of jobs read out over the phone. We said we will not go over the quote she had been given and any materials needed are extra. When arriving we went around the house looking at the jobs with the client. Over the phone it was said the pantry had to be taken out. When I went through the jobs we discussed what was required the pantry door now had to be hinged and hung and 4 shelves with adjustable holes. I said I was happy to take out the pantry basket as originally discussed, but could not do the rest of the pantry or the shelf in the laundry that had to be purchased and with shelf brackets. We said I would get back to the client with the price. We did the rest of the jobs. Couldn't hang the dryer as the wall studs were not near the bracket so I also had to get some timber for that job and we will do it when we come back. We deducted the price for the dryer. I rang with new prices and it was not accepted.
