I purchased an Allam Home after my wife fell in love with one near our old home. My home is in Edmondson Park, near Liverpool in Sydney. We visited the display village at Ardennes Avenue to inspect the project home. The pros I have found are: purhase and pay and move in, most details are taken care including front blinds, turf, clothes line, land scaping. We also received a Samsung tablet with product details as a folder for reference which is handy. Workmanship is very good and care was taken during the construction period. The property was fenced off to prevent damage / theft/ access restriction during construction process. The work has been done very well so it may be thanks to their project manager over-seeing work by sub contractors.
