Allambie Medical Centre

I've been going to the the Allambie Medical Centre since 2006, following a heart attack, and seeing the same Dr until he recently retired and even some of the same nursing and office staff. So in addition to regular two yearly visits for check ups plus covid, flu and other checks I'm there maybe 4-5 times a year and never ever have I found any of the staff, reception, Doctors and nurses to be other than polite and understanding.

I can't believe Trulocal would still publish reviews 10-13 years old against any business. They are a "medical Centre" that does not accept walk in clients!
complete time wasters!
Totally pointless and completely useless!

Do not bother with this medical centre. I was made to wait an hour for my appointment. In that hour I noticed that other patients who arrived after me were being seen before me. After putting up with it for a while, I approached the front staff to point this out and said that I no longer wanted to wait and asked to see the doctor now, the attitude I got was incredulous - staff was extremely rude and said that the doctors were all busy and that I had to wait longer. I told them that I was very busy as well and walked out. What a waste of time. Rude staffs. Never again.

I feel compelled to write this review because I recently had the unfortunate experience of having an appointment with a particular doctor at this medical centre.

On entering their office, I was met with complete rudeness, a dismissive attitude and truly appalling manners. This was all due to the fact that I wasnt a regular patient (even though I have been to this centre on a number of occasions).
