Alan Dale property management have been very helpful and professional. They returned my phone calls in a timely manner and gave me great advice about renting my apartment I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely rude and crooked in their dealings. Do not, whatever you do, engage these people as your strata managers unless you want to be ripped off and treated like mushrooms. You will find that your phone calls , emails and even letters are ignored and your building will become run down so badly that you will need to spend massive money to rectify problems. I don't understand how these people can still be in business!

Worst in Sydney. Have lived next to one of their run down Srata Units for many years. Expensive legal battles,avoid due legal process,empty sinking funds and no caretaking maintainance at all. Garbage never put out -disgrace to the Real Estate Industry

Terribly apathetic real estate agents, from reception all the way up to the management. They're so hard to get on the phone, they take ages to process payments and then overcharge on bills but are "happy to negotiate them down" if you question anything. Will be happy if I never deal with them again.

The behaviour and attitude from these real estate agents have been unprofessional, rude and irrational. When cancelling an appointment because of unforeseeable reasons; the reaction was "are you F****** serious, do not ever call again, you're a waste of time," I then went into the office to make a formal complaint; and the management were so unbelievably rude and displayed no regard of the inappropriate language used by one of the agents, I honestly am shocked an agent would have such an unneeded attitude towards a client; it's disgusting and I do not recommend this agency to ANY one.
