I have been with Dr Ebert for about 20 years, after I had a serious accident and needed on-going care and support. A neighbour recommended him to my mum & my mum to me and my wife.
He is very caring, understanding, knowledgable therefore also very busy. He has never given me the hurry-up and always given me all the time I needed. Current policy > no appointment needed.
His vast experiences shows by his careful and detailed explanation in dealing with the issue at hand. His lightheartedness (happy, joking manner) takes away the stress behind the visit.
Not quite sure of his bulk billing but there is no harm in asking him or his staff.
4.5 stars.
Only 4.5 stars??? Yep, coz there is always room for improvement but he is always trying hard to improve.
