Bad experiences until the very end. First a careless doctor, resulting in the extraction of more tubes of blood than necessary, then poorly written notice forms sent to my mail box. If you are going to send letters to anyone, you may as well do it properly. Otherwise, just don't bother. "According to our records, you are due for 10997". It is highly unprofessional to use such while communicating with patients. Especially when the aim is to let them know exactly what is wrong. Please explain how a regular person would have the slightest clue what that means. Upon asking, it turns out you need to book an appointment to find out from the doctors themselves. That is a waste of over half an hour travel time, as well as half a day or so of waiting time. Pathetic. If that was not already bad enough, you could book an appointment at 9 and wait until ages after the appointed time until you are seen by the doctor (while others just stroll straight in without having to wait ...read more
17/6/2013- The doctors here are mostly great. They actually ask your symptoms and are empathetic.
The reception ladies are welcoming and helpful.
I've been coming here for 10+years and I will continue to do so :)
I know sometimes people might have a problem with places or people but they really ought to place a complaint with the centre or management in the hope for a compromising solution to their issue instead of complaining behind the keyboard. Human up :)
had my sons 18 month old injections done ther they not only for got to inform medicare and the immunisation register, when i called to find out if they could and why they could not care less and spoke to me like it was a small inconvenience. I got news for you. It is when you are dealing with children. One angry Dad.
