My name is Allegra Oldfield and I am a pianist and teacher based in Coburg North, Melbourne. Whatever style you are into and whatever level you are at, I can tailor lesson plans to suit you and your lifestyle.

I am registered with AMEB so if you want to take classical exams (or learn classical music for fun!) I can help you achieve your goals. I have also studied Jazz Piano at the Queensland Conservatorium and hold a Bachelor in Music, so if you are interested in jazz, I can teach jazz theory and how to improvise over chord changes. If rock or pop is your thing, I can help you transcribe and learn to play any song you like. I have played and taught all sorts of other styles, from reggae to blues and even tango. All music is based on rhythm, melody and harmony and the piano can do it all.

I also provide reliable accompaniment for any exam, audition or other event. I can accompany any style as needed, including jazz and musical theatre as well as classical and popular music.
