I had a Ring resized at Allens jewelers. When i picked it up i noticed it had 2 VERY visable joins on the ring. Two weeks later the ring snapped. I took the ring back to get fixed and recived a disgustingly rude sales assistant with a terrible attitude. Never will i ever return.
I had a very posative experience with this Jeweller. I've had 3 ring resized and another ring reset with an amythest the original opal stone init was cracked and so a new stone had to be chosen, which has been cleaned up and is absolutely beautiful. These ring were my mothers and so very precious to me as you can imagine. The service and care taken was second to none. I willdefinately be going backe there. A big thank you to all the staff especially Lyn and Robin.
Went there with two rings to be resized and re coated as they were white gold, Paid over $250 to get them done, What we got which we didn't really take notice of until 6 months later was one ring that had different coloured diamonds and another ring which had different diamonds again in which they had 2 different colour diamonds in each ring and the ring was horribly out of shape, You could see the join marks as they we black, The rings are basically useless for us now and ive had to buy a whole new set. Please don't go to them.
