The best jewellery store I have ever been to! Ever! Customer service is amazing, new staff are lovely, great quality products and very reasonable prices. None of this poor quality jewellery found in other stores, Allgem has the best quality around.
I have been a frequent shopper for many years now and have never been let down by the service here! The jewellers are in site and do all repairs in the workshop bellow the shop and the jewellery is all manufactured in the workshop!
Terrible customer service - unhelpful and rude, really unusual for Perth. Management assumed we were time wasters when actually trying to make a very special purchase - we were ready to spend whatever it took to get what we wanted. Walked a few meters down the road and had a whole different experience. Avoid.
