Alex from Alliance visited us to rectify a problem with our ducted air conditioner. The problem was diagnosed quickly and he clearly articulated what needed to be done and the cost. After fixing the problem he gave further advice on our other heater. I found him to be honest, personable and helpful. Would recommend.

Unlike Mary from Matraville, I had the complete opposite from technician Alex. From the moment he arrived, he seemed very keen to sell me a new system, even before he diagnosed my problem. Having found that I appear to have a gas leak, and thus no heating or cooling ability, he told me that the cost to fix the problem was over $2000, and that he would not do it on my 17 year old ducted system. He then proceeded to spend the next half hour, which he charged me for, to prepare a quote for a completely new system worth $11,000.
Not happy at all.
I recently had the team from Alliance Climate Control install a ducted system at my property. The professionalism and workmanship of the guys was top notch. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I was advised the date and time for my install they were punctual and left my premises clean and tidy.
