The Alliance Francaise de Toowoomba is a not-for-profit organisation, run by a committee of volunteers situated in the heart of the Darling Downs: it was formed in the 1960s by people in the community to promote French language and culture in our region.

The Alliance Francaise distinguishes itself from other language schools by its genuine blend of learning and cultural immersion. We offer online and face-to-face teenager and adult classes as well as children's classes and most of our teachers are native French teachers.

We offer social events throughout the year including an annual Bastille Day celebration, Galette des rois, monthly French conversation group and French film nights.
