Dealt with them a few times, prices are competitive but it's when you start ordering through them when it gets ridiculous.

First time ordered a full list of hardware for a computer build, had to wait quite some days(can't really recall, probably more than 2 weeks) until they finally called me "parts have arrived". Went to the store, got told "sorry actually some parts are missing". Have bought off them a few times as their prices aren't bad, but they hardly ever have stock and twice when they were going to order a high end graphics card for me, they didn't and forgot all about it. The last thing that happened that I thought was very dodgy was I called up to see if they had a new $900 dollar graphics card in stock, they said they had one so I went in to pick it up. When I got there, the item had no box and had all the protective plastic stickers pulled off of it. They told me it had been installed on a computer and tested but it was not the card that the person wanted. I told them it was a second hand card and would buy it for around $50 less, they told me not only was it a new card, but it was better then new because it had been tested. I would like to see a customer return a card to them as new when it had been installed in a computer, I doubt that would float their boat

I have been going to All Needs Computers for years now and I hope they never change. If you need help with a build or advice on some issues that you are experiencing they are happy to help and talk about it with you. They have the mentality that if they can't do it for you now, they will find a way to get what you want ASAP. They will always have my business and I will always speak very highly of them to friends and family.

Great store for buying parts for a build. Very competitive prices given the level of customer service, the staff have a good eye for quality and only stock good quality, reliable parts and give good advice because they're real enthusiasts.

I've had faulty parts, brought them in and had them swapped on the spot for new ones and had my PC up and running the same day!



Would recommend this place to anyone in the Adelaide area, it's the sort of place you can go and spend 20 mins discussing about an upcoming build and not feel rushed or pressured to buy on the spot, they have my business any day of the week.
