Conned by this mob to the tune of $175. Their sales team rings and claims I need to have a 'Treatment done to keep my warranty' for cost of $175... their 'technician' comes today, knocks on a few bits of wood, flashes his torch into a few cupboards for 2 minutes = $175 see you later.
Talk about misleading customers and telling them they are getting a pest treatment and only coming for an inspection with nothing done.
I'm going to balance the scale a bit as I asked All Pest to quote on doing a termite barrier and treating against spiders, cockroaches and ants and lets just say that the all pest team need to be a little more collaborative with each other as I had to explain my problem 3 times to them, the rep was an hour late to inspect our property and was arrogant. Kind of thought to let the attitude problem pass to get the price, but then was quoted what appeared to be commercial price for residential treatment.
Well if this is the way they present themselves I can't be bothered dealing with front line c**p. I also imagine that the person in control of the operation is nowhere to be found.

Allpest have maintained our chemical termite treatments annually for the last 6 years. During that time the phone staff are always polite if also a little bubbly. Further more Willie has maintained our inspections for the entire duration, and is a very funny account manager (i think hes Scottish) Never had a problem with the technicians, they perform the job well and are careful, some might dress a bit scruffy, but they use their manners and work quickly would happily recommend.
