Allpet House Sitters

We can not give enough thanks to Luke and Elviira. They did an awesome pet/house sit for us. We had daily updates and photos sent to us, Bailey had a great time with them, clearly loved having them look after her and was spoilt with a couple of new toys and a blanket. She even had her first puppuchino ?? She's been sulking since we got home, think she's missing them!
The house was left spotless, they really looked after the place, we were initially a bit worried about having house sitters with it being our 1st house and having only moved in a month before we went to UK but as I said, we couldn't rate them any higher! I can't thank Allpet's enough! Unfortunately I have to travel for work often these days and knowing that my darling Evie is able to stay in her home environment makes it possible. Every single one of the wonderful house sitters she has had, have treated her and my home with the greatest care and respect. Always she, or if I am fostering another dog for a rescue group at the time, on my return they are; relaxed, well exercised and will fed . I am so grateful to everyone at Allpets, from the friendly accommodating Jan and her admin team to all the fantastic house sitters I have met and who have so beautifully looked after my Evie, my garden and my home.

I just want to convey my sincere thanks to Gemma (and of course Jan the owner) who helped me find a lovely house sitter for my beloved little pouch Pippa. This is the first time I have used this service and was extremely pleased with the professional attention I received from the get-go. You could tell our house sitter was genuinely into dogs so I felt at ease and my little mongrel even gave her cuddles which is rare as she is very shy around strangers. When I returned from my trip I was chuffed to bits to find the place extremely clean and tidy (probably tidier than I left it haha) but everything was in order. I would definitely use Allpet House Sitters again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Allpets have not yet begun their sitting for us, but we have had a meeting with our housesitter who very rudely accused our house of being filthy after a full day of work, and a meeting at a very unreasonable time for us which we accomodated kindly. I do not appreciate anyone else telling me how to live my life and run a house and yet Allpets felt they could. We have a regular cleaner and we have a pet rabbit, unfortunately rabbits moult and whilst he is housetrained he does kick hay and other mess out. This was explained to the housesitter who clearly paid no attention to us telling them they would not have to deal with the rabbit who (poor thing) is going to a vet to board. We are being VERY accomodating also spending money on placing other pets in boarding after this staff kept complaining.
