Very professional,customer service oriented,friendly and dedicated . Good dedicated team of mechanics too. Kris or Barry always call with a quote before doing a job. Been a customer of All point since September 2008 and have no intention of moving. They service and maintain all the family cars and friends I have recommneded have never had a problem with them. You dont get RACV and VACC recognition for nothing do you??? Would highly recommend............
I have had my Ford Ranger serviced here for 5 years and I have never had an issue. Kris calls to let me know what work is required, how long it will take and how much it will cost. Normaly I get my car back the same day. Kris's prices are very reasonable compaired to other mechianics and his advise is trust worthy compaired to other mechanics I have used. I would highly recommend Allpoint to any of friends.
Got an RACV roadworthy done by Alllpoint in Keilor Park. The review was quite thorough and identified some concerns. I had a good detailed discussion with the assessor Barry. However there was a major air hose that had a major crack in it. Not uncommon apparently but quite expensive to replace $114 for a genuine part. I argued it should have been detected and raised it with Barry. I replaced it myself and it was quite hard to shift- it was clear it had been on the vehicle for some time. He said send in a photo and submit a report. I have done this and followed up with another email and then a follow up call where the guy assured Chris would get back to me that day. I've heard nothing.
It is one thing to disagree with my view, to knock back my request for a refund but it is downright rude and unprofessional to not even bother to respond to the email or the phone call follow-up.
I would NOT recommend this mob.
