After receiving the service and leaving the forced review the next day, I am revising the review now, two months later. It is expected that if cockroaches are seen again within the one-year warranty period, they will be serviced again. But when I called them again, they said they can't do it unless it looked like a bunch. I also heard that this chemical has a 12-month effect, but experts on YouTube said it only works for 30 days, and it seems true. Ants continue to appear in children's rooms, and large fast-moving cockroaches are found once a week near the kitchen. It was serviced on July 22nd, but it has been steadily coming out until October 18th. Don't believe in warranty advertising. The only thing that turns around is an unkind response.

The 1st time Barry did the pest control sprays the skies opened literally minutes after he left and a huge downpour began. He returned a week later to spray it all over again - no extra fees
We had to call him back though as the cockroaches were still going a bit crazy (Last year it didn't happen so I know that Barry's stuff works)
He came back this mornig making zero fuss or asking for any extra fees - That is a true professional - Thank you Barry! We will see you next year!
