On 2 occasions have left the salon darker than I entered with. When I expressed disappointment I was given excuses but the bottom line is my hair was already bleached through the lengths and they stained it an awful browny gold colour with toner they used "due to some breakage"... Then tell me they could bleach it (my hair was bleached prior to them staining it) to get rid of it!!! Other than that the staff are nice but if you are blonde and have already spent time and money going lighter stay clear and save yourself the upset and tears.
