Allviron offers a made-to-order polyethylene packaging film range in several material width and thickness options.

Available in centrefold, lay-flat, gusseted, U-film, and single and double wound sheet formats, Allviron can produce polyethylene packaging material in widths of 100mm to 2000mm (4000mm unfolded for centrefold). Thickness for the polyethylene film can vary between 25um and 200um. The film can be supplied untreated or treated, ready for printing.

Polyethylene bags can be made from the polyethylene packaging film up to a maximum width of 2000mm and length of 9600mm. Bag products can be folded and boxed, or supplied on a roll with perforation for ease of use.

While Allviron supplies a majority of their products in virgin LLDPE and LDPE, a part of the production contains recycled material to meet specific customer requirements.

Allviron sources low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) from some of the world's leading virgin resin suppliers.


Allviron is a wholly Australian owned company. The company was formed in 2003 to purchase the business and assets of Ausmalt Packaging, which had been operating in the flexible packaging market for approximately four years.


Allviron is at the forefront of biodegradable film production in Australia. Using the cornstarch based material (a renewable resource), Mater-Bi, Allviron can produce biodegradable and compostable collection bags. This cornstarch based bag is extensively used across Europe to collect food waste, from domestic and industrial sites, for composting.
